This article from Insight magazine from 2001 goes into great detail about the INSLAW/PROMIS investigation that is linked to the deaths of Morgan and Casolaro. In it is attention to drug cartel/mob links that could be what Morgen and Deveraux stumbled across as well as the INSLAW/PROMIS investigation we all know Casolaro was working on. It strongly focuses on the Riconosciuto and an investigation being performed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I cannot seem to find any mention of this on the forum thus far so I figured I would post the links to the 4 part article. Let me know what you guys(and gals ;)) think.
