No Excuses! - 'Commando' Steve Willis ... bought this earlier this week, because I find him fascinating and inspiring, and he's one of two reasons I (try to) watch Australia's The Biggest Loser tv show, when it's on (the other being expert trainer Michelle Bridges)...

Commando Steve: No Excuses! synopsis

There's big. There's big and strong. There's big and strong and fit. And there's Steve Willis. Steve Willis, aka COMMANDO STEVE, is the uncompromising, unsmiling, military-style trainer on Channel Ten's massively popular show, The Biggest Loser. Commando Steve is also a much sought-after coach in the CrossFit program and a world-class CrossFit athlete, who was ranked 4th in the gruelling 2009 International CrossFit Games in California. Discover the man behind the sunglasses in this fascinating autobiography. Commando Steve describes his early athletic prowess, his time as a real-life commando in 4RAR and how he came to be on The Biggest Loser. He also reveals what makes CrossFit such a hi-octane, dynamic and effective training program and demonstrates nine fundamental exercises that will forge elite fitness. Ramp up your motivation, think like a champion and learn from a master coach. From now on there are NO EXCUSES.

You could always watch Joe D'Amato's Caligula 2 - The Untold Story, it makes the original '79 version look like a Disney film:crazy:

I actually haven't seen it, I heard of it though.
I love how that seems to be the Italian thing of making unofficial sequels (Troll 2).

It can get very confusing keeping the unofficial Italian sequels straight from the 70's and 80's...they would even re release older films to a new American film and re title it as a sequel. And the Zombi series- over a here a film will be part 2, but over there it's actually part 3.......

I just finished Take Four by Karen Kingsbury. Monika, you HAVE to get the "Above the Line" series ASAP! (Start with Take One.) The series features the Baxter family pretty heavily in all 3 books.
