I got my pre order in. Cant wait to have the whole Leave it Beaver series sitting on my DVD shelf.

I am anxious to own the entire series, but I will wait to see what the packaging will be like. I usually prefer to buy seasons individually because the disks have better quality packaging. Of course, then I often have to shop around and/or wait for a good price!

If they package the set like the Honeymooners or I Love Lucy, I would buy it without hesitation.

Wow! Alot cheaper then I expected, but I'm still saving money so I hope you can buy them in stores when they come out.

How odd... They're releasing the whole series before all the other seasons come out? I already own seasons 1 and 2. So I guess I'll have to buy season 3 and then wait for 4, 5, and 6 to come later? :confused:

Yes, the plan is they will release the remaining seasons separately too, but the price for just season 3 is $44.99. The whole series is only $139.99. It's much cheaper that way and you get the entire show. I have the first two seasons too, but these made by Shout is promised to be remastered and uncut. Though the first two were uncut (or so we are told), then too many people had problems with the two-sided disc (I was not one of them) so Shout promises that it will be a much better product. I intend to buy the whole series at once because I hate to wait and it will be cheaper. I will just give my Universal copies to a friend after I make my purchase.

It's $31.49 on Amazon. And since I already own the first two seasons (and I'm happy with my copies), it'll be better for me to buy the rest as they're released.

When it gets close to coming out check DeepdiscountDVD.com, they may even be cheaper than Amazon and they have free shipping.

My mistake, I must have saw the price before they changed it.

If you preorder it from Amazon and the price drops you will get it at the lower cost. Also, Amazon has a great return policy should the dvds be defective. I am not sure what Deep Discount DVDS return policy is.

I got an e-mail from Amazon.ca this morning. Onr of the things mentioned in the e-mail is that they are now taking pre-orders for Leave It To Beaver The Complete Series. So....I pre-ordered it!!

It has gone up to 179.99 in price now. I wish I would have preordered it when it was 139.99. Hopefully the price will go down again.

It should be cheaper in stores. Either way I'm saving $200 to cover either price.

I just found it at familyvideo for 129.99 and the shipping is only 1.98.
I believe they have the same return policy as Amazon.
