He's definitely not playing Al Bundy, LOL, but I really enjoy seeing him on TV again. His character has a hot, young Hispanic wife, just like Al would've wanted. ;)

I've only watched one episode since I'm not really into the one camera comedies. However I did enjoy seeing Ed play a character other than Al in that one episode. and your right Al would definitely approve of the young hispanic wife!
