That would be the 1996 episode "Corpus Delecti". Jill was filming a crossover appearance as Claire Kincaid on "Homicide Life On the Street" at the same time this L&O ep. was being filmed. Since she couldn't be two places at once her twin sister was recruited to fill her shoes in several scenes of this episode.

Susan Olsen was not in The Brady Brides series, but she appeared with the rest of the gang in The Brady Girls Get Married TV movie that preceded it. More famously, Susan was replaced with Jennifer Runyon (Another World, Charles in Charge) in 1988's A Very Brady Christmas.

I've heard that Loretta really wanted to be in the C&L series but the producers of M*A*S*H refused to let her out of her contract. I guess they weren't prepared to lose another cast member having already lost McLean Stevenson, Wayne Rogers, Larry Linville, and Gary Burghoff.
