Does anyone have any copies of CBS daytime repeats of "The Dick Van Dyke Show"? These had a special opening called "The Dick Van Dyke Daytime Show" and a "stay tuned for part 2" half way through.

Saw clips of this on youtube recently and would like to get a copy of one of them.

I'm also on the hunt for shows like "That Girl" (daytime or network, with original commercials); "Family Affair" (same) and any other "Bewitched" with original commercials.

Also, does anyone out there have any episode of "America's Top 10" with Casey Kasem from the first year or so of the show (1980)?
