Something has always bugged me in "The Honeymoon" episode. At the end when Mike and Carol wake up the boys to take them on the honeymoon, listen how Mike says "Peter." It sounds like "Pita, Pita."

I know Robert Reed was a Shakespearian actor, but using that uppity type of pronounciation on the Brady Bunch was ridiculously out of place! :snob: :lol:

It annoyed me too. I'm glad he didn't always say it that way. :lol:

It does sound odd but also right. I think when someone is asleep and you try to wake them you say the name cautiously, so as not to startle them...if I am making sense.
