Even though I am a Colts fan, I feel happy for the people of New Orleans (and Louisiana, and the rest of Saints Nation) that the Saints won their first Super Bowl. At least my Colts won the title three years ago. Congratulations to the Saints on a great year! You deserve it!!! :cheer:

They beat three quality QB's in the playoffs- Warner, Favre, Peyton.

That was the best Superbowl game I've ever seen! Amazing finish and by the time they gave that trophy to the Saints, I had tears in my eyes. What can I say, I'm sentimental, but they SO deserved it! Congrats to all the Saints fans! There will be a non stop party in New Orleans well past Mardi Gras!!!!

There are a lot of people who didn't think the Saints would do it, but they sure proved everyone wrong! I have to admit that in that first half, even I had my doubts! Glad they proved me wrong as well!

Glad he won it though... Hope the Chargers were watching and seeing that both teams were very composed, no head butting, no kicking of the challenge flag, kicking field goals, no stupid penalties either.

I saw your nice tribute on your FB page, but I wanted to respond again! My dad died in Dec of 1992, and in January of 1993, the Dallas Cowboys won the Superbowl, so I can kind of imagine how you must be feeling! Sorry they aren't here to celebrate with you. :(

I thought that was kind of weird myself until the announcer mentioned that it was so loud in the stadium and on the field, that they were having trouble hearing themselves talk. His son is just adorable, and what a moment! Too bad he won't remember it but there will be plenty of pictures and hopefully some more of these moments will come!
