Singer Fantasia Barrino threw her big brother out of her house after he demolished her pool house to build himself a recording studio - without permission. The American Idol winner's fall out with Teeny is chronicled on her new reality TV show Fantasia For Real, but the singer appeared on Oprah Winfrey's talk show on Wednesday to explain why she and her sibling are estranged.

She says, "The last time I was on the road, Teeny decided to turn the pool house into a studio... it was time for Teeny to go... I wanted to kill him."

Barrino gave her brother two weeks to pack up and get out - and his breakdown features on the show.

She adds, "I put him out. Don't get me wrong, he's my brother, he's my blood, I love him. He has a soft spot in my heart... (but) he's a man and the Bible says, 'If a man don't work, a man don't eat'. Before I was blessed with everything, he was the only one that would work; he was the only one who graduated from high school, he could have went to college on a free ride and I guess when I began to just give, give, give, everybody was like, 'Well hey, this is the good life, I'll just sit back at home'."

I saw the interview with Fantasia on Oprah the other day. She definitely needed to kick her freeloading older brother out of the house she bought. I'm hoping that Fantasia gets her life and career back on track now!
