That is confirmed. In early 2005 he was captured in Brazil and extradited back to America. Last summer he was sentenced to life without parole.
He was such a moron. If he had simply been convicted of kidnapping, he could have recieved less than 10 years for it. He didn't stop to think that he'd get much more if he was found guilty of murder. What exactly made him think he could get away with it is what always makes me curious.

Kyte, I hope you didn't miss Rick Church, there was an update at the end of the segment. He was eventually captured and sentenced.

Yes, there was a news blurb on yahoo saying that Jesse James Hollywood got a life sentence for the murder

Eh, I'm new to this but they captured Jesse James Hollywood. Also Rick Church and Greg Webb(police chief in Nebraska that killed his handicapped girlfriend but has since been released)
