Okay, I need some help here, I feel like I'm living a soap opera. I have a friend and her name is Cassie and I also have another friend named Derek. Well, Derek and Cassie are dating, that's great in all, but while Derek was out of town at his cousin's wedding, he called me up and accidently said that he had loved me. I didn't know whether or not he was serious, but I figured it meant something when he got all panicky and hung up. Anyways, it was indeed comfirmed that he does have feelings for me.

What do I do in this situation? I don't want to hurt my friend Cassie and I don't want to hurt Derek.

Anyways, if anyone has any issues that I could possibly help with, I'd be glad to help...I don't feel right just taking help without giving any.

Well, he's kinda like a big brother to me. I love him...but I'm not really sure I could ever, "love" him. You know what I mean? Like I don't know if we would actually be good together as a couple.

Thanks you guys. Tomorrow I'm going to go over to Hannah's house where I'll be with Cassie and Derek for the first time since he had slipped. He'll probably wait until Cassie leaves and then we'll talk. Wish me luck.
