I just looked on amazon for the series & its not out yet ; It says you need to be signed up to be notified when it comes out. So I was thinking & then a lightbulb went off - anyone know how / when this series can \ will be out on DVD??


I don't know anything about trading / selling:mad: :mad: but if it is allowed- this will def. be a purchase.:)

No plans as of yet. Even though it wasn't nearly as good as its parent show, I'd be interested.

Actually, I wish they would release a "best of" package (like they did with Mister Ed) before they release the complete seasons. The reason being, is because I think this show has gone the route of Benson in that it has lost a generation due to its lack of exposure, so if it ever came out on DVD, I couldn't see it go anywhere past the first or second season. Of course, talk of Empty Nest coming to DVD has been coveted for years and years, but still no dice.

I wondered the same thing.

I enjoyed Empty Nest the first time around on NBC.

I would love to get the seasons on DVD.

It's a funny show.

maybe now that it's finally back on TV (on Hallmark channel), this will bring renewed interest to the series, bring in new viewers and maybe lead to some DVDs.
