Wow. That's tough. From the standpoint of staying tuned for the entire lineup, I think 1975 has to win. Runner up (and not a very close one): 1968. There are some much better shows in the Monday lineups of other years, but they're interspersed with some not-quite-so-great shows.

I'm going with 1975:
Fall 1975
8:00 Rhoda
8:30 Phyllis
9:00 All in the Family
9:30 Maude
10:00 Medical Center

I don't remember Medical Center but all the rest of those I watched with my family.

...the Fall 1955 schedule (lasting until the summer of 1957, when "I LOVE LUCY" gave way to "THE DANNY THOMAS SHOW" that fall) was the most popular [and endearing] one. I've seen an example of every one of those shows, and I can imagine sitting through an entire Monday evening from 7:30(et) on, from "ROBIN HOOD", right through George & Gracie, then Godfrey's live talent showcase, Lucy & Desi, then Spring Byington, Harry Morgan and Verna Felton on "DECEMBER BRIDE", ending with the prestiege dramas on "WESTINGHOUSE STUDIO ONE".

I DO recall the Fall 1968 lineup- but I watched "I DREAM OF JEANNIE" and "ROWAN & MARTIN'S LAUGH-IN" from 7:30 through 9 on NBC, instead of "GUNSMOKE" and "HERE'S LUCY"; then "MAYBERRY", "FAMILY AFFAIR" and Carol Burnett....

...and Fall 1975 (through 10pm- I didn't watch "MEDICAL CENTER" regularly), Fall 1979 (all of it), Fall 1982 (didn't watch "CAGNEY & LACEY" that much), '85, '89 (when CBS referred to it in newspaper ads and TV GUIDE as their "Monday Night Comedy Club"), '92, '96, '01 and '06...
and the current schedule as well.

The other lineups have amazing shows, but I have to go with 1992. That's the lineup I remember the fondest from my childhood. I don't remember much of Heart's Affire or Love & War, but I do remember the others very well, especially Murphy Brown, which remains one of my all-time favorite shows.

I know that at somepoint in either 1997 or 1998 the CBS monday schedule included The Nanny, Cybill and Murphy Brown. all i know is i loved it and have fond memories of sitting at home watching this line-up and laughing non-stop.
