I really wish there was a Sticky Thread "Help Me Identify This Case..." or something so I wouldn't have to start a new thread but..here goes:

1) Series of disappearances in the Virginia/Washington DC/Maryland area. Women were flagged down by this motorist and then disappeared. That's all I remember.

2) Young woman working in an office in northern OH in the early 80's, her name was scrawled on a sign in the parking lot. She mysteriously disappeared from her workplace and was never seen again.
