Mr. Television 01-24-2010, 03:29 PM Well since the Vikes ran it up against the Cowboys, guess who I'm for? TVFactFan 01-24-2010, 03:37 PM Well since the Vikes ran it up against the Cowboys, guess who I'm for? THE SAINTS!!!!-lol I wish this game was first-lol Of course Berman picked the Vikes because they beat the team he hates. And if the Vikes win I bet he picks them over the Colts in the SB bandito 01-24-2010, 03:55 PM Saints-28 Vikes-24 GARFIELDKOOL 01-24-2010, 05:57 PM Well, I am pulling for the Vikings, and not because they beat the Cowboys, but I just see more fire in them than I see from the Saints. I am NOT a Brett Favre fan, but they play better defense than the Saints, and they are a better all-around team. If they get to Drew Brees and pressure him, they have a chance, but if they get into a shoot-out with them, they are in trouble. bandito 01-24-2010, 07:31 PM Almost time Lets go Saints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TVFactFan 01-24-2010, 07:34 PM Almost time Lets go Saints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drew Breezy Has to do this tonight-lol GARFIELDKOOL 01-24-2010, 07:44 PM It is due time for Adrian Peterson to get over 100 yards rushing tonight. GARFIELDKOOL 01-24-2010, 07:52 PM Looking good, Vikings! TVFactFan 01-24-2010, 07:53 PM Saints defense looks like ****, game over Oh well, atleast I know the Vikings won't beat the Colts bandito 01-24-2010, 07:55 PM Saints defense looks like ****, game over Oh well, atleast I know the Vikings won't beat the ColtsDon't count Brees and the O out. GARFIELDKOOL 01-24-2010, 07:56 PM Saints defense looks like ****, game over Oh well, atleast I know the Vikings won't beat the Colts If it comes to that, I think they can. GARFIELDKOOL 01-24-2010, 07:57 PM Don't count Brees and the O out. I certainly won't. They are dangerous. TVFactFan 01-24-2010, 07:58 PM Don't count Brees and the O out. Winning the coin toos is so important because you get to set the tone. Now what if the Saints go 3 and out?-lol bandito 01-24-2010, 07:59 PM Winning the coin toos is so important because you get to set the tone. Now what if the Saints go 3 and out?-lolWhat if they score a td? TVFactFan 01-24-2010, 08:04 PM What if they score a td? Luckily they got the ball back when the vikings fumbled and go in the half tie at 14 instead of down 21-14 Scoobiedoo30 01-24-2010, 09:35 PM Saint's 21 Vikings 14 Waterston_Fan 01-24-2010, 09:38 PM Conference games have been very good and exciting. Unlike the games the last two weeks. Brian Damage 01-24-2010, 09:46 PM You got to admit Sol, Favre is playing his butt off. bandito 01-24-2010, 09:55 PM Favre.... What an actor. Everybody knows it is usually tails. lol TVFactFan 01-24-2010, 11:22 PM The FG WAS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good Man old man Favre James 01-24-2010, 11:24 PM YES!!!!!!!!!!! JT 01-24-2010, 11:30 PM Damn. It just feels GOOD to be a Louisianian. Big C 01-24-2010, 11:32 PM I'm not going to rip Favre. I will say this, though- Minnesota should have kicked a FG late in regulation. The Vikings should not have allowed Favre to try such a play that led to the INT. The Vikings' play-calling cost them the game. Brian Damage 01-24-2010, 11:39 PM Congrats to all Saints fans. As for Brett Favre, give credit where credit is do, he took the Vikings far and gave it his all today. Mr. Television 01-24-2010, 11:48 PM Congratulations to the Saints. You've come along way from the days of the Aints. :woohoo: Scoobiedoo30 01-25-2010, 12:30 AM Congrat's to Our Beloved New Orleans Saint's catlover79 01-25-2010, 12:51 AM Sol, I think this is a time of: JOY, CELEBRATION, JUBLILATION, HALLEUJAH, EXAULTATION AND GLORIFICATION!!!!!! Marvo301 01-25-2010, 12:53 AM I'm not going to rip Favre. I will say this, though- Minnesota should have kicked a FG late in regulation. The Vikings should not have allowed Favre to try such a play that led to the INT. The Vikings' play-calling cost them the game. Well that and 5 turnovers! You can't turn the ball over 5 times and expect to win a championship game. Not even with Brett Favre as your QB! Marvo301 01-25-2010, 12:54 AM Sol, I think this is a time of: JOY, CELEBRATION, JUBLILATION, HALLEUJAH EXAULTATION AND GLORIFICATION!!!!!! But how do we really feel? catlover79 01-25-2010, 01:01 AM But how do we really feel? That's kind of a running joke with Sol and I. It's taken from an Amen episode, and everytime something goes well for either one of us, we use that quote. Schmoopie 01-25-2010, 08:18 AM I am THRILLED that the Saints are going to the Superbowl! Whoo hoo!!!  :yourock: party: :bouncers I only got to see the first two quarters of the game, but I finally saw the recap on ESPN. Not the same as seeing it live, though. Not by a long shot! OMG, that is SO cool that they not only won the game, but in overtime at that! I don't know which was better... seeing the look on the Saints players faces.... or seeing the look on Brett Favre's face! Brett's was definitely the funnier of the two!!!:rotflmao: I love it... right after the recap of the game (which, not surprisingly from ESPN) was almost as long as the game itself- the media was already speculating if Favre is going to return to football next year! catlover79 01-25-2010, 08:59 AM It's nice to see the underdog make it. I didn't know until watching the game that this will be the Saints' first time ever at the Super Bowl. JT 01-25-2010, 11:39 AM It's nice to see the underdog make it. I didn't know until watching the game that this will be the Saints' first time ever at the Super Bowl. Yep! I don't know about any other football teams, but the Saints can truly say that they are currently the best they've ever, ever been. They only made it to the NFC championship game once before this, a few seasons ago, but they lost in Chicago, so this is all history-making stuff. Big C 01-25-2010, 07:10 PM It's nice to see the underdog make it. I didn't know until watching the game that this will be the Saints' first time ever at the Super Bowl. I wouldn't consider the Saints an underdog the way the Giants and Cardinals were in previous years. Mr. Television 01-25-2010, 08:01 PM I wouldn't consider the Saints an underdog the way the Giants and Cardinals were in previous years. Yea the Saints won 13 games and had the best record in the NFC. They are not like the Cardinals and Giants. TVFactFan 01-25-2010, 08:21 PM Sol, I think this is a time of: JOY, CELEBRATION, JUBLILATION, HALLEUJAH, EXAULTATION AND GLORIFICATION!!!!!! OH YES!!!! catlover79 01-25-2010, 09:13 PM OH YES!!!! catlover79 01-25-2010, 09:15 PM Yea the Saints won 13 games and had the best record in the NFC. Mr. Television 01-26-2010, 12:03 AM I meant they were the underdog in the big picture - because this is their first time in Super Bowl after years of crappy teams. I remember when the fans of the Saints used to wear bags over their heads. It's great to see the Saints finally get to the big dance. Hopefully my rooting for them won't jinx them. catlover79 01-26-2010, 12:05 AM I remember when the fans of the Saints used to wear bags over their heads.
