They should've left their faces like they were because both of them were cute until they had plastic surgery done to their faces and now they look ugly LOL. I was watching episodes of The Practice tv show last night because i got it on dvd from the library and i was in love with Lara on that show because she was so cute. Her character was good also. She was a tough lawyer. I also liked her in Mobsters movie with Christian Slater and Red Rock West with Nicolas Cage and Dennis Hopper. I saw her in a recent straight to video movie called Life Is Hot In Cracktown and her character was a prostitute hahahahahahahahahaha. Her face looked so bad LOL. I've seen her a few times on Las Vegas tv show also and that's when i first noticed that she had some surgery done to her face. Meg Ryan's face is also a mess. I saw previews for a new straight to video movie she did with Timothy Hutton that looks wack and her face doesn't look good. I know she's had surgery done to her face because if you look at her 80's movies and you compare how she looked back then to how she looks now and you would see the difference. I know that some people don't age well when they get older but there are several actresses in their 40's and 50's now that look good like Michelle Pfeiffer, Sharon Stone, Cher, Susan Sarandon, Diane Lane, Angela Bassett, Jessica Lange, Heather Locklear, Teri Hatcher, Lonette McKee.

They did plump up thier lips to try to resemble (maybe) Angelina Jolie. Why did they do that? They looked so much better before. Also Melanie Griffith messed with her face.

The irony is that the surgery is supposed to make them look younger, but to me, in most cases, just doesn't look natural, which tells me they've had work done.

And truthfully, once you're over 40 in Hollywood, your career choices are limited if you're a woman. You're pretty much playing Moms, if you can get work at all. Which is pathetic, as there are some great actresses over the age of 40.

Diane Keaton is over 60 and looks great. And I don't think she's ever had work done. Susan Sarandon has never done plastic surgery and she looks great, too!

I can understand the want to get some work done, but most go so overboard. Meg looks like a trainwreck. And Tori Spelling is only 36, but wow, she looks horrendous. I'm guessing that within the next 10 years, she's going to start resembling Joan Rivers! Her face already looks completely plastic.

I don't know if Meg Ryan has had any work done, but I agree... she looks awful now. She's come a long way from the adorable person she was in When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail-and sadly, it's in the wrong direction!

I first liked Meg in Innerspace and D.O.A. movies with Dennis Quaid. She was hot back then. She also looked hot in The Presidio movie with Sean Connery and Mark Harmon. I believe she's had some plastic surgery done. I'm disappointed in her and Lara Flynn Boyle because their faces were fine the way they were.

Thanks for mentioning Melanie Griffith. I forgot about her. She does look terrible now. I saw a couple of straight to video movies she did called Tempo and Shade. She still got a nice body but her face doesn't look good.
