I see it's been years since you posted this question, but I thought I'd at least try to get you my answer, in case you still come here to read posts.

classicdvdworld.com is where I got my set. It has the whole series. It's just not professionally done with a fancy box and extra features, but if you're just a purist who wants to see all the episodes again, I'm very satisfied with mine. Good luck!

Or try iOffer.com. A great resource for shows not officially released on DVD.

Thanks, 80's !
I'm going to save up and buy "Empty Nest." Some of the GG guest starred on that show too. And I just loved Richard Mulligan. :)

Lifetime aired the series back in 2005 I think.

Hope you finally got ahold of your Golden Palace DVD. I recently began re-watching the season, and particularly enjoy the one about Greyhound racing. Betty White is such an avid animal lover, and she really put her heart and soul into explaining how they breed too many Greyhounds, only to kill the ones who don't quite run fast enough to win money for their owners.

The Christmas one was entertaining too. But the best was probably the two-parter where Dorothy came back for a visit, and almost insisted on taking Sophia back to Atlanta with her. She finally realized that she was actually happy helping run the Hotel.

Could have lived with out seeing Miles marry someone else. :( Don't know what they were thinking with that one.
