Woman wearing pajamas charged with DUI twice in 3 days after being pulled over by same deputy

OCALA, Fla. (AP) — An Ocala woman was arrested and charged with driving under the influence twice in three days. The Marion County Sheriff's Office reported that the 43-year-old woman was first arrested Saturday. She was booked into jail on a DUI charged and released later that day.

The same deputy that arrested the woman on Saturday reportedly pulled her over again early Monday morning for erratic driving. The deputy reported that she failed several field sobriety tests and her blood-alcohol level tested at the jail was more than twice the legal limit. State law considers a person impaired with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent. She was charged with another DUI and released later that same day.

The arresting deputy reported that the woman was wearing pajamas and no shoes both times she was pulled over.

Ick, I swear most of us are not like that... there are some scary people down here though lately. Have no idea why, but they should go away.

Oh, I know. It's just a few crazy apples. Why do there seem to be an enormous amount of wacky criminals from Pensacola?

Whats up with people wearing pajamas in public anyways?

From time to time at the store, school or other places I will see someone (and its usually females) in pajama bottoms.

Well, I'm not one of them. The most casual pants I wear in public are jeans!

Yeah, I never understood why that went into style. It just makes people look lazy (even though I'm sure not all of them are).
