Is it possible to make the SO blog easier to see for those of us who are visually impaired? The font style is very hard to see. Something like Arial would be easier on the eyes. Even with my large print program, I'm not able to see what the blog says because of the font type used on it. It would be great if the blog could be more user friendly.

This is one of the pre-designed templates we use from Blogger. I'm really not too familiar with fonts. The font on the blog is currrently Georgia which was designed for readability. We usually just use the defaults. We'll see about switching the font style around soon.
