Christine Lakin played Al Lambert in the early-nineties sitcom Step by Step. She was the tomboy who got her kicks from sassing her siblings and annoying her parents. When Step by Step ended in 1998, Lakin dropped off the radar — until recently, when, in an unfortunate turn of events, she co-starred with Paris Hilton in The Hottie and The Nottie. She played the “nottie” to Hilton’s “hottie” and required extensive make-up to make her look less attractive.

Yeah even though she started at age 12 on the show and I was 15 at the time she looked pretty cute.

It seems like among the Step by Step kids, Christine Lakin has become for all intents and purposes, the most visible so to speak.

Al was always my favorite of the kids. She was the most "normal". Btw, she does look great!

I think she does an excellent job; she has a non-nonsense hard-hitting attitude.

A few years back she was even on Nick Cannon's Wild'N'Out to which I did a double take and said "is that the girl from Step By Step doing comedy"?
