...and some posted a link to the explanation in Wikipedia but I can't find the post, so I'll ask again: in volume 1 of THE ULTIMATE COLLECTION there's a couole old PSA (Public Service Announcments) for something called "RADIO FREE EUROPE". They say it has something to do with communisom and they give an adress to write to.
What is, or was, "RADIO FREE EUROPE"?:confused:
