I am not a Jets fan, but I have to disagree with you bandito. The Jets have the #1 defense and rushing offense in the league. Two things that can get you deep into the playoffs.

Brian you know the Colts and Bengals LAID DOWN purposely the last two weeks of the season which is how the Jets got in the playoffs

Surprised the Chargers only up 7-0 in the 3rd qtr at home which means they are no challenge for the Colts next week.

It really doesn't matter how they got in, it's what you do once you are in. The Jets already beat the Bengals twice and if they beat the Chargers, will face the Colts.

They have an extraordinary amount of fortunate events going their way.

1. They won their last two games to make the playoffs only because the Colts and Bengals rested their starters

2. They won today even though Sanchez had only 100 passing yards

3. San Diego missed three field goals today; they also benefitted a week ago from 2 Cincy field goal misses.

They also have the best defense in the NFL and are playing their asses off. Again, I am a Giants fan, but I give credit where credit is due and the Jets deserve where they are.

Darn! I was hoping the Chargers would win! Oh well..

If the Colts don't knock them out then I do give them credit for kicking some ass the last few weeks..
