this past chirstmas my dad went into a store that sold rock band shrits and stuff like that! well he asked the girl there if they had any monkees for me for chistmas... people she had no idea what my dad was talking about! and what did she do?....she got out staute animal monkeys!!! geez! even the younger girl there didn't even know what he was talking about which just goes to show you that theres just no "smart" people in this world! but i forgive her its not her fault that shes stupid and doesn't know who the monkees are! its ok! anyway i just thought i'd stare that little story with you all!

That's a funny story but it's also a little sad. It's a shame that a great band like the Monkee's isn't better remembered and revered.
