I was wondering, do you think the castaways who are accustomed to doing more physical work (Skipper, Gilligan, Maryann) back home are working more or working less than back home on the island?

There's no store to go to, so they have to forage for food. There's no piped water, so they have to carry it in. Firewood would have to be gathered daily as well. The Skipper mentions repair work done on the huts, and Gilligan and Mary Ann have both taken turns at laundry duty. Yep, they're pretty busy, all right.
