At this morning’s TCA session, ABC Entertainment president Steve McPherson said he was renewing ABC’s freshman comedies Modern Family, The Middle and Cougar Town so all three will get a second season.

The Middle goes from “in some danger of cancellation by May” in our Renew/Cancel Index to…renewed.

My intrest in this show is hanging by a thread. I'm about to stop watching any day now.

I'm finally done w/ this show. I could care less about it. I tried to like it, but that guy who plays her ex-hubby is such a stupid loser & her son is too. I was never really a fan of Cox's, only when she was on Family Ties & even then, she was OK to me.
