View Full Version : I am now a ROMOSEXUAL and proud of it-lol
TVFactFan 01-10-2010, 01:06 AM when you beat the beagles 3 times in one year, you are defintely ok in my book.
Very happy for Tony Romo, he has come a long way since 44-6 last year and I have to say that I didn't think it was possible for any team in this league to beat the eagles three times in one season.
GOOD JOB TONY
Mr. Television 01-10-2010, 01:09 AM  Great thread title Sol.

Sonny I'm so happy right now I can cry, the fact that they got revenge on the Eagles for that 44-6 game last year by knocking them out the playoffs. ONG i can feel a tear dropping-lol

I know how you feel. Even when we were up by 20 points, I had to keep changing the channel. I was so nervous. I haven't been this nervous about a football game since our SB years.
Marvo301 01-10-2010, 01:17 AM So your a Romosexual Solomon. So was Jessica Simpson at one time. But it didn't last.

GOOD JOB TONYAre you still going to be on the "Romo Bandwagon" if they lose next week?
TVFactFan 01-10-2010, 11:30 AM Are you still going to be on the "Romo Bandwagon" if they lose next week?
They are going to the NFC Championship and yes I will still be on the bandagon.
Vikings are not a playoff team and will lose BIG next week

Vikings are not a playoff team and will lose BIG next weekSo if Romo throws 3 picks next week, you will still praise him?

Yes because he has showed GROWTH this year. And by growth I mean sweeping the Eagles and winning a playoff game. I would be less upset if they lost to the Saints but if they lose to the Vikings I would be disapponted

Solomon, the Eagles shouldn't be a measuring stick because they haven't won crap ever.

Why not use the Eagles as a measuring stick when they have been the best team in the division for most of the decade? At some point a team has to take over in the division and I think that is about to hapen with Dallas as we start a new decade
Other times it happens
Eagles took conrol of the Dvision from 88-92 from Giants
Cowboys took control of division from Eagles from 92-99
Eagles regain control of division from 2000-2008
Cowboys take control of Division from 2009-???

Zero but they still have been the most successful franchise in the NFC this past decade.
Mr. Television 01-10-2010, 12:53 PM If you don't win a SB then you are just wasting your prime years and that is what has happened with McNabb and the Eagles. For all his success, McNabb and the Eagles really haven't won anything that big. That's why I was so hard on the Cowboys this year. Romo and some of their players are really good and all I saw the last few years were wasted opportunities. You only have so many chances before you have to rebuild.

still 0 Solomon
Schmoopie 01-11-2010, 12:40 AM Sol if you titled all your threads like this, you'd get hundreds of replies! I cracked up just reading the title! Had to check it out! That is very cool, though that the Cowboys beat the Eagles three times! I still think it's weird that they had to play them twice in a row, even if one was a playoff game! Crazy scheduling I guess! Too bad for the Eagles!
Big C 01-11-2010, 01:23 AM Sonny's new sig made me laugh.
P.S. When I saw the word Wreckless, I honestly thought of the former SO Sports contributor.
Lord only knows what he would have said about this three-game sweep.

It would've included an F-bomb or two you can bet on that.

You could count on that.
Anyway after the way the Eagles were talking all week about how last week's game wasn't important to them, I'm going to enjoy this.

That AVATAR is making ME laugh! What is up with the can of soup on that guy's head? That's hysterical! Makes this thread even funnier!

McNabb and his Mother were spokespersons for Campbell's Chunky Soup as seen in this video. The voice you hear is that of the late Phillies broadcaster Harry Kalas. :rip:
