Don't get me wrong, I was a big fan of theirs for years, but lately, Hope has been nothing but a whiner. Besides, I really would like to see Bo and Carly hook up again.

I think the general consensus among DAYS fans right now is that they want Bo and Carly to have another go, and even though I'm not really big on the show right now, I have to agree. Couples like Bo and Hope become stale and boring when they're together all the time no matter what.

Be that as it may, with John and Marlena gone, the show does need a long-time, anchor couple. But I do understand what you guys are saying. I can't really tell if it's the performances or the writing, or both.

I get what you're saying, but even J&M were stale by the time they left, and many fans were ready for them to go (they could come back in the future, so maybe it's just a little break for them?). A lotta people wanted Eileen Davidson to leave Y&R/B&B behind to return to DAYS as Kirsten so that there could be some kind of spark in John and Marlena's lives.

IMO, the tentpole couple position would have been Maggie and Mickey's had Clarke not retired, but since they're over with now, I'd like to see Doug and Julie appear more (not necessarily on contract or even on regular recurring, but just more frequently) and take over that spot.

Well......I don't want to see Bo and Hope split up. I'm PO'd that the writers' or whoever brought Carly back. I realize Bo and Hope's problems began before Carly arrived, but her arrival is making things worse between Bope. I want Carly out of Bo's life! Why can't she go bother Daniel and Chloe, since she has history and a daughter with Daniel. Or hook Carly up with Justin, just keep her away from Bo and Hope. I am so sick of Bope and would like to see them divorce. Hope is getting on my last nerve right now and I started watching late and didn't get to see Barly and would like to see them have another go at having a relationship. I hope it happens because Bope is a bore and Hope is just not likable anymore.
