Does anyone know if any efforts have been made to obtain the original network episodes from Joe Hamilton Productions. Last I heard John Hamilton, son of Joe, had the rites them. Has he ever expressed interest, or been approached about them? And are just the NBC episodes edited or are the syndicated version eps also? It would be nice to see Alistar Quince again!

Since the syndicated episodes already run at 22 minutes, which is the standard length of a syndicated program, I doubt that they are edited.

Actually its been determined that each episode is missing about 3 minutes. And at the beginning of the NBC original network episodes, Harvey Korman, as Alistar Quince appeared sitting in a chair with a synopsis of the episode.

Proof of this - markway895 is, in fact, correct - skip to 3:45 in this clip...

I was talking about the syndicated version.
