I agree 100%. Randy and Paula - they could go on. Simon is the real star of the show...and if he leaves, they may as well stick a fork in the show.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I do feel that as long as they get someone good to replace him, the show can continue.

Out of those choices, Piers Morgan has the most potential.
