Zoneboy

This list can't be all that long so only one answer per non-consecutive post please.

Each shows entire main cast must have stayed during most or it's entire run and this means from the time the series debuted.

Recurring actors and actresses do not count.

Current shows are not eligible.

I'll start with the next post.

Just wanted to make sure what you consider as "current"?

Do you mean any show that's not on the air?

Correct, If it's still on the air it's not eligible.

Nope, doesn't count. Alice Ghostely is dead, and she was a credited regular in the last two seasons of the show.

I know she's dead and I decide if it counts not you. The rules state that recurring characters do not count. Out of 163 episodes, She appeared in 33 and that's recurring in my book.

Not to start a fight but I think it's interesting what people call recurring because I would consider Alice Ghostly a regular since she was in almost every episode for at least a season whereas I would consider a "recurring" character as someone who made a couple appearances per season over several years (like Paul Lynde on "Bewitched" for example)

Ok, I'll change Alice Ghostley's status to semi-regular but either way she still doesn't count.

#20. Mama's Family
Mama's Family could be debatable if you consider Harvey Korman was a regular as Allister Quince in the NBC version of the show, in addition to playing Ed Higgins. (But I don't wanna ruffle any feathers here!)

Alot of shows from the 70's and 80's are missing just one major castmember!

I hate to reference IMDb since it's not always reliable but they make no mention of Allister Quince in Harvey Korman's credits.

Lee, Please don't tell me to take a chill pill. Everytime I start a thread like this and clearly spell out the rules, There's always someone that either doesn't bother reading them or ignores them completely.

I wasn't trying to be harsh and I've apologized for it so why you're getting involved is beyond me. The person that I responded to came into the thread and tried to change the rules by saying that an answer I gave didn't count. If they had started this thread then I would play by their rules but they didn't.

Question to Zoneboy...

Should Roseanne count? I mean Glenn Quinn is dead. I consider him to be a primary cast member. They were Roseanne, Dan, Jackie, Becky, Darlene, DJ, Mark and David.

Glenn Quinn wasn't in the whole show, but he was in the majority of it. And he *was* a cast member, not just recurring. So I don't think Roseanne should count.

You're right and it looks like this topic is more debatable than I realized. If anyone else has any suggestions on how we can amend the rules then I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Well, while trying to come up with shows that would apply, I've come up with numerous shows where just one castmember has died. So Lets have a separate thread for that.
