I know that TSR made a Honeymooners VCR game in '86. I saw the box of it on ebay. However, I saw another Honeymooners Board game made by Mattel. It has a much different package than TSR. Is it the same exact game or is it different. According to the seller, he said to me that the VCR tape in this one has scenes from the Lost Episodes.

According to Wikipedia.org, TSR never merged with Mattel and the company went defunct in 1997. I am not sure if the wikipedia information is right or not.

There were two different games released in 1986, see the following links:

The Honeymooners Game (TSR) (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/3944/the-honeymooners-game)
The Honeymooners VCR Game (Mattel) (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/10362/the-honeymooners-vcr-game)

While we're on the subject, I might as well mention the Jackie Gleason board game from 1956:

Wow! That "Away-We-Go" game has got to be a collector's item.

Yeah, I found a couple on eBay, but both are going for nearly $100.
