A local station out here, KCAL channel 9, has a chat room open during the 2:00-3:00 PM news hour (Pacific Time).
You can join in and chat with the news anchors, including the weatherman, and others who stop in. There are usually about 8-12 people in there.

I was wondering if there are other stations which do this? It would be fun for me to chat on a station from New York or Boston or Chicago or Denver or Miami, etc.
