On the 13th of this month, I posted a message called "My Sister's Keeper". In this thread I explained how, whenever I hear the word disgusting, it always takes me back to what Julie said about Katie's behavior in "Samantha's Protest"! That word was used three times throughout that movie! Well, on this very evening, while I was waiting for my case manager, I happened to flick on a repeat of "Friends". Those of you who do not watch this show and are thus not familar with the situations, please just bare with me! It took place in between the time that Monica and Chandler fell for each other and the time that they came out to the world. At this point, Joey was the only other person who knew and he was sworn to secrecy. Joey walked into his and Chandler's apartment with his date for the evening. In the apartment was a video camera that Chandler and Monica were going to use for their bedroom activity! The lady with Joey jumped to the conclusion that he had set it up for record their behavior on their first date! Upon reaching this conclusion, she went marching out of the apartment before Joey could stop her. After she was gone, Joey went on about how tired he is of covering for them. He said, "what am I supposed to say, I'm Joey, I'm disgusting"? While listening, I could so clearly see and hear Julie Kinisky in my mind!
