i got my mr belvedere dvds today so happy one and two and 3 seasons this show is good i noticed bday one was after the pilot had 2nd season opening did it happen to anyone else

Actually, MikeL, I was actually wrong about seasons 1 and 2. Season 1 actually used the version seen on the DVD as the pilot episode, while the actual pilot episode used a different opening with, among other things, a purple photo book instead of a beige one, and with an unidentified studio vocalist singing the theme song instead of Leon Redbone, which used a rock arrangement courtesy of Jimmie Haskell.
