Gene Simmons has been sued by a couple who claim the Kiss rocker assaulted them, the Associated Press reports. Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo, who are married, allege in the lawsuit that Simmons physically attacked them after they began filming him at an L.A. mall. A rep for Simmons has not responded to EW’s request for comment.

I'm not sure if I'm believing their story. Because Gene Simmons is rich, they might be a couple of gold-diggers. But since Gene Simmons probably likes his privacy and doesn't want others to exploit him, who knows, he might have gotten physically combative.

i don't buy their story even 1% - he's constantly on camera, and I've seen him when he gets upset; this is one guy who can talk his way out of anything, and despite his physical size is in no way menacing at all.
