Kanye West may interrupt other people's awards shows and proclaim himself to be a definitive voice of a generation, but he still has a sense of humor. At least he has enough humor to play a cartoon version of himself on The Cleveland Show. Kevin Michael Richardson, the voice of Cleveland Jr., revealed the rapper's upcoming role.

"Cleveland Jr.'s going to get to rap off with Kanye West," Richardson said. "He's playing a character called Kenny West so that should be a fun one."

Mike Henry, voice of Cleveland himself, confirmed a second appearance too. "He's in one in the first season and then another one in the second season," Henry said. "They're both big parts. It's the same role but he's featured in both of them. I would assume he'll just be coming back until he really upsets everyone."

Actually, West has only been cooperative to the Cleveland staff. "Kanye's great," Henry continued. "He's a fan of animation. The first time he came in, he was there for four hours. He came in for a table reading and then wanted to meet everyone, see how the pictures were drawn and put together and everything else. He's real cool."

But is he funny? "We get it out of him," Richardson said. "We get it out of him."
