I realize that this is at least my third effort to stimulate some conversation about this topic, however, I feel a need to keep trying in hopes that I might get lucky some day! The topic at hand is the fact that Fran was constantly referring to her own butt as her ass. This was part of the boldness of her character. Well the episode that sticks out in my mind is one that took place in between the time that she and Mark split up and the time that they got back together. I remember that Fran was going on a date but I do not remember with whom. I want to say it was Ira, but I am not sure. In any event, Jamie acted surprised that she was wearing jeans to an event that was as upscale as the one that she was going to. She said that she was wearing them because she was having a good ass day! I have no problem seeing where she was coming from in this instanse. Her tush is one of the many things that makes her body different from mine and attractive to me! In any event, while they were talking Paul entered the room. Jamie turned around so that her back was towards him. She then said, am I have a good ass day? Now this came as a very big surprise! Jamie is usually far more tactful than that. However, I guess that, in this case, the power of suggestion put her in the mood. In a typical and highly pridictable way, Paul assured her that she looked fine. I tend to agree with Paul in this department!
