Does anybody here have Hughes Net satillite internet? We are going to look into it today. Is it good or bad? Comments please.

Well, Hughes Net has a promotion thing going on. I called and it is just a racket. They advertise $35.95 a month for 2 years with free installation but after talking to the sales Rep all of a sudden it is 59.95 a month. I can get that with my DirectTV service . I only considered HughesNet because of the lower price. :rolleyes: BUYER BEWARE!:eek:

My uncle and aunt have HughesNet because they live in a rural area. They had WildBlue before which is also a satelllite Internet service. They said that HughesNet is much better than WildBlue.
