Bryan Jay O'Byrne Born Feb. 6, 1931 in Plattsburgh, NY died in Pacifica, CA Dec. 4, 2009. He was a very well know character actor for over 40 years. A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 901 Oceana Blvd., Pacifica, CA 94044, Sat., Dec. 12, 2009 at 1:30 p.m.

Bryan O'Byrne has been in a lot of shows that I have on DVD.
I will watch The Bob Newhart episode "The Separation Story" season 3 episode 4 in memorium.

I'll probably remember him best as Mr. Archibald the Librarian in the Sanford and Son episode "The Blind Mellow Jelly Collection."

I watched The Bob Newhart episode and Bryan was only in it for less than a minute. :rolleyes:
