I seem to recall from one article written by tvshowsondvd.com that there would be a complete series set made available.

Does anyone else know of this and if it seems like a definite possibility?

I bought all the individual seasons of I Love Lucy, only to also get the heart-shaped complete series set which in addition to its weird package shape ;-) had all the 1st season episodes restored as well as remastered (I think the season one set didn't have them restored, just remastered if I remember correctly), and there were a few more bonus materials.

I currently only own Season 4 of The Mary Tyler Moore Show since that's the season when Betty White started her run. I don't know whether I should wait until all the individual seasons are released and see what is said for a complete series release and if there will be one.

What are you all planning to do?

I, myself am waiting for the complete series. Although I own seasons 1-4, I was kind of disappointed in the presentation of season 5, not uniform with the rest, and just bare bones.
Since season 6 is already announced, and 7 should be soon after, hopefully we'll find out if/when the complete series comes out, what it looks like, and if it has more extra material. I realize I'm taking a chance here, but if the complete series doesn't happen or if it has nothing extra to it, I can always buy seasons 5,6 & 7 separately then. This is one of my core favorites, so I intend to have it all someday.
