Hope for a good spot in the draft-lol Big C 12-06-2009, 08:34 PM Goofy QB? Dude, Romo was not the reason they lost. Breakdowns on defense and special teams were what did them in. For a Cowboys fan, you're very pessimistic. Anyone who acts like the season's over after today is not a die-hard fan- they're a die-easy who acts like one loss is Armageddon. With the remaining schedule below the Cowboys final record will be 9-7 Chargers-loss Saints-loss Skins-win Eagles-loss Mr. Television 12-06-2009, 08:51 PM With the remaining schedule below the Cowboys final record will be 9-7 Chargers-loss Saints-loss Skins-win Eagles-loss I have them at 8-8. Big C 12-06-2009, 08:56 PM If Dallas does do well down the stretch, then Sonny will be the first to eat crow. Mr. Television 12-06-2009, 09:01 PM If Dallas does do well down the stretch, then Sonny will be the first to eat crow. Hey and I'll be glad to do it. But after watching this team with the same coaches the last 3 years, I doubt I will. Dallas has played just good enough to beat real bad NFL teams this year. The only good teams they have beaten have been the Falcons ( who aren't good anymore) and the Eagles. The real season started today and the Cowboys blew it as they always do. If they manage to scrape into the playoffs, they'll lose that first game too. Brian Damage 12-06-2009, 10:12 PM Tony Romo didn't blow this game, the Giants just were better. TVFactFan 12-06-2009, 10:48 PM Tony Romo didn't blow this game, the Giants just were better. Yeah still made d*ckhead decisions in the 4th qtr 3rd and 8-overthrows a player 4th and 2-throws a 1 yd pass instead of a 5 yd pass Brian Damage 12-06-2009, 10:50 PM Don't blame Romo for that, blame the Dallas O Line TVFactFan 12-06-2009, 11:00 PM Don't blame Romo for that, blame the Dallas O Line Well I hope the Giants didn't come to life tonight so they can PLAY DEAD against the Eagles next week Brian Damage 12-06-2009, 11:08 PM Well I hope the Giants didn't come to life tonight so they can PLAY DEAD against the Eagles next week That's the biggest test. TVFactFan 12-06-2009, 11:20 PM That's the biggest test. Sure is, Eagles win next week and they will defintelty win the NFC East Brian Damage 12-06-2009, 11:22 PM Sure is, Eagles win next week and they will defintelty win the NFC East I agree 100% Big C 12-06-2009, 11:38 PM Giants have a winnable schedule after the Philly game: Washington, a team they've owned in the Coughlin era (8-3 since 2004) Carolina, a ghost of the team they were last year- plus what could be the final game at Giants Stadium for emotion Minnesota, who may sit their starters with nothing to play for TVFactFan 12-06-2009, 11:47 PM Giants have a winnable schedule after the Philly game: Washington, a team they've owned in the Coughlin era (8-3 since 2004) Carolina, a ghost of the team they were last year- plus what could be the final game at Giants Stadium for emotion Minnesota, who may sit their starters with nothing to play for That's a good point about the Vikes, which means they could run the table if they beat the Eagles next week Waterston_Fan 12-07-2009, 02:13 AM That's a good point about the Vikes, which means they could run the table if they beat the Eagles next week I'm guessing you mean the Giants beating the Eagles? Schmoopie 12-07-2009, 02:23 AM I couldn't understand why they just let the clock run out at the end of the game. They could have gotten one more play in. I guess it was a blessing that the Hawks and 49rs were tied toward the end because they gave the 49rs a final time out (with about one minute left!) and the Hawks ended up scoring for the win! Whoo hoo!!! Waterston_Fan 12-07-2009, 11:49 AM I saw the scuffle between Flozell Adams and some on the Giants sidelines.. I did see the foul on Tuck as Tuck had his back to Adams. Wonder if the league will suspend him for the next game... Nah, won't happen. TVFactFan 12-07-2009, 08:47 PM I'm guessing you mean the Giants beating the Eagles? Yes |
