When it comes to this question, Tony Romo is usually the answer from some.

But I think it's Jay Cutler.

Cutler has yet to have a winning record or play in a postseason game. Everyone harps on Romo's 0-2 playoff record, but Cutler hasn't been able to GET his team to the postseason.

And their attitudes- Sonny basically skewered Romo for his comments after the week 2 loss to the Giants- Cutler comes across as not being very mature and having a bad attitude. Romo is not exactly a guy who you can say is immature.

Cutler throws interceptions at a far worse rate than Romo ever did.
