Does anyone know the segment of UM that i'm referring to? I remember the couple living in a big house, and in the reconstruction a few guys breaking in and killing him whilst having the phone off the hook. The suggestion being that his wife (missing?) arranged for it.

He was found in his car if I remember correctly but it's been 7 or 8 years since watching the repeat.

It sounds vaguely familiar...do you remember anything else from the segment?

That's gotta be Ted Loseph (Losef?). His wife passed away, I believe from alcoholism. His mother Zel was interviewed and had the theory that his wife arranged the murder and had the phone left off the hook until the job was done, as a signal that the killers had done their job. There was a supposed suicide note left on a shirt card in the bedroom, and the body of Ted was found in the garage in a car and was ruled a suicide. The garage had been filled with boxes previously, and Ted's mother couldn't figure out how her son would have been able to move the boxes (he had back surgery), open the rusty iron gates that didn't open, and pull the car into the garage.
