I did see The Girl Next Door and there is an unrated version of it. I haven't seen it in years but, judging by what you seem to like, I think you'd enjoy it. Basically it's about a young man who has a crush on his next door neighbor whom he doesn't know is an ex-porn star.

Some porn stars appear in it, I believe, when the movie shows the Adult Video Convention they hold down in Vegas.

The movie was good, I just haven't seen it in years.
