BRADFORD COUNTY, Florida -- Police say a woman from Hampton offered more than sweet talk to try to get out of a speeding ticket.

Investigators say Becky Tillman tried to bribe the officer with sex after he stopped her for going 42 in a 35 mile per hour zone.

Authorities say she propositioned the officer twice on the highway. The officer refused both times, but left the woman with a $191 ticket.

The officer showed dashcam video of the conversation with the woman to his superior officer. Investigators decided the woman should be arrested. The officer went to her home to take her into custody.

The police officer said the woman propositioned him for a third time as he led her away in handcuffs.

I think the police over-reacted! Just write the stupid ticket and say "No Thank you Ma'am". Getting stopped for only 7 miles over seems kind of ridiculous.

i had a friend who got a ticket once for going 3 over the limit - maybe he should have propositioned the cop to get out of it!

Considering that she was speeding in her car, I'm assuming that she offered the policeman a "quickie".

The thing is that there are some police officers who would have taken her up on her offer.

I got stopped for going 50 in a 35 zone - what in the world could I have offered for that one? ;)

Um, I just took the ticket, thank you.
