1. Mr. Roper sold the building and Ralph Furley's brother brought it and make Ralph Furley the manager.

2. They never said why Chrissy moved out, just that Cindy was moving in to help with the rent.

Ive watched every episode at least 20 times and I love 3s company...but im not sure why they made crissy get so dumb in season 3...she was so hot n cute before then
