This was one of my favorites voiced by some Speed Racer voice actors. I loved this it was right up there with Speed Racer and Kimba The White Lion.

I remember watching it on New York's WNEW-TV in 1966-'67. The same production outfit responsible for translating "SPEED RACER" for Trans-Lux Television- Zavala-Riss Productions- worked on "MARINE BOY', hence the same cast: Peter Fernandez (he adapted the original Japanese scripts, and was "Dr. Mariner"), Corinne Orr ("Marine Boy", as she a knack for sounding like young kids), Jack Curtis (narrator, assorted villains and sidekicks), and Jack Grimes (other assorted villains and sidekicks).

I know Warner Home Video will eventually release the entire series on DVD someday {Time-Warner owns the rights to it; Warner Bros. merged with original distributor Seven Arts in late 1967}.
