Just ask Belichick!It wasn't overconfidence, 9 out of 10 times the Pats get that 1st down. All I have to say is Belicheck has a huge set of balls, I'm not sure any other coach would have went for it so deep in their own territory.

What a game. This is why the NFL is the best sport out there. If Wade Phillips had done what Belicheck did I would have been angry but Belicheck has earned the right to make calls like that. I think Manning would have taken the ball down field and scored regardless the way he was playing in the 4th quarter. The Pats decided to end the game right here with Brady having the ball. A very gutsy call.
