On Good Times, JJ would often call his sister Thelma ugly even though she was quite beautiful.

On The Beverly Hillbillies, Jethro rarely if ever acknowledged the beauty of his "dumb ol' cousin" Elly May and pretty much put her down regularly.

I'd say Jan Brady, although that judgment was pretty much her own. She thought she was ugly with freckles and tried to use a lemon to get rid of them in the Clark Tyson episode.

Kimmy Gibbler was called ugly by Stephanie a couple times when she's very pretty :cool:
