Of course, this year there is more personal meaning attached to Veterans Day to my community due to the passing of Lance Corporal David Baker, who passed away in the line of duty last month. We miss you, David!!

I nearly forgot about today, but now I remembered.

I salute all you vets today!

I feel bad that I didn't see this thread yesterday. My dad is a Vietnam veteran and I have several friends and relatives who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Thank you all veterans for service to our country.

Veterans serve a cause. Now sock it to the non believers.
